Builders merchant Travis Perkins has bought insulation supplier Passmore Drywall & Insulation for 拢13.4m.
Passmore, which sells drylining and insulation products at five locations in the South-east, had a turnover of 拢19.6m and an operating profit of 拢1m for the year ended 31 December 2005.
The Passmore branches will become part of the Commercial Ceiling Factors business of Travis Perkins, which supplies dry lining, insulation, ceilings and partitions.
