Plans to build 207 homes in Dalston, east London, have been given the go-ahead by Hackney council
The development, designed by JCMT Architects, is being promoted by London & Quadrant housing association, and includes plans for a health centre, a cafe, shops and 5,400m2 of employment workspace. About 140 of the homes will be for private sale, with construction slated to begin in September this year.
