Planning permission has finally been granted for Land Securities鈥� Fenchurch Street Tower after being called in.

Also known as the Walkie-Talkie tower, architect Rafael Vi帽oly designed the building to include London鈥檚 highest public park. The scheme will also accommodate 600,000ft2 of office space, a cafe and retail areas. Bovis Lend Lease is tipped to win the contactor鈥檚 role.
