A new office campus has been formed from 12 grade-II listed 18th-century buildings near Liverpool Street in London

The Devonshire Gardens buildings were once the warehouses of the East India Company and were used to house silks and spices. Architect Fletcher Priest has reconfigured them to include residential and retail spaces and a central courtyard space for restaurants.
