Five consultants will provide project services for the developer

Five consultants have won roles on a Land Securities framework to provide project consultancy work on its London portfolio.

The consultants, which include TFT and Paragon, will provide project consultancy work on new-build and refurbishment projects for the developer throughout the capital.

The other places went to A2W, GIA and Blackburn & Co.

Land Securities claims to have the 鈥渓argest development pipeline in London鈥� and is currently constructing the 47-storey 鈥楥heesegrater鈥� skyscraper and retail-led Park Place scheme on Oxford Street.

David Mann, head of TFT鈥檚 London office, said: 鈥淭his is a tremendous opportunity for TFT to work with a visionary client who is shaping the London market with some iconic landmark buildings.
