Architect Make has submitted a mixed-use development for planning approval
The Octave, a 149m-high building, will be located on a brownfield site in Vauxhall, south-west London. The scheme will be 90% residential, with 376 homes providing 30% affordable housing. The structure will include biomass boilers, which will provide 25% of the tower’s energy.
Engineer Arup and planning consultant Drivers Jonas are also on the team.
