Stephen Timms is tipped to become the next construction minister.
The Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI) is yet to confirm which ministers will take on which specific portfolios but Timms is widely expected to get the job.
It is not yet clear what other responsibilities Timms, who was formerly the chief secretary to the Treasury, will have.
Former construction minister Margaret Hodge is tipped to land the role of architecture minsiter.
