Construction consultant appoints new member in Leeds

Consultant Stace has appointed Paul Oxtoby as project director, as part of a management restructure in its Leeds office.

Oxtoby joins the Stace team following three years as a director of Reland Properties, managing a number of significant developments in the city.

He brings his extensive experience of mixed use schemes in Leeds.
