Architect CZWG has received planning permission for this £60m mixed-use scheme in Islington, north London.
The project, which is on the site of the former North London sorting office, was criticised by residents who said it was too dense, forcing the scheme to go to an appeal.
The development, for Sager Management, is 50% residential, and includes a shopping arcade linking Upper Street to a new central boulevard as well as rehearsal space for the neighbouring Almeida Theatre.
