English Partnerships seeks tenders to build 10 homes and a museum on Combe Down site
Regeneration agency English Partnerships (EP) has issued a call for tenders to redevelop the former mine at Combe Down in Somerset into 10 homes and a mining museum.
The Ralph Allen Yard site has been being used as a storehouse for EP's mine stabilisation programme in the area, but EP has now completed its remediation works.
All homes will have to meet EP's national quality standards as well as level four of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Interested parties should contact Colliers CRE with developer selection intended before the end of the year.
