Housing association LHA-Asra has won planning permission to convert two mill buildings in the Belgrave area of Leicester into 202 new flats.
The £25m conversion of the buildings, known as Sangra and Shonki, has been designed by local practice RGP Architects. The scheme will include one and two-bedroom flats and a number of penthouses with views over Abbey Park. The mills were originally owned by the Wolsey hosiery company.
