Housing association LHA-Asra has won planning permission to convert two mill buildings in the Belgrave area of Leicester into 202 new flats.

The 拢25m conversion of the buildings, known as Sangra and Shonki, has been designed by local practice RGP Architects. The scheme will include one and two-bedroom flats and a number of penthouses with views over Abbey Park. The mills were originally owned by the Wolsey hosiery company.
