Chris Littlemore, managing director of architect SMC, insisted the business had entered a 鈥渘ew era鈥� following last year鈥檚 turmoil.

This week the firm said trading was 鈥渞obust鈥� and the business would become more profitable after a restructure and a rights issue in January that raised 15.1m.
