Contractor confirms 拢28m office scheme win in City of London
Skanska has confirmed it has won the 拢28m job to build 100 Cheapside in the City of London.
The contract includes demolition of the existing building and construction of a ten-storey commercial building for Ten Times Development, a joint venture between Quadrant Estates and and City of London.
The building was designed by EPR Architects and will aim for BREEAM Excellent and LEED Platinum ratings.

Graham Tyler, director of Quadrant Estates said: 鈥淲e have set high environmental targets for 100 Cheapside, and as a leader in sustainability Skanska is best placed to meet these.

Work is set to begin in March 2013 and is scheduled to conclude in September 2014.
