Skanska has announced a raft of new appointments in the wake of two high profile departures from its building division.

It emerged the contractor鈥檚 UK buildings boss Paul Chandler and London and South-east buildings boss Paul Heather left last month.

In response, Skanska has given Gregor Craig executive responsibility for buildings, while Thomas Faulkner will oversee civls. Both are existing executive vice presidents at Skanska.

Andreas Lindel枚f, managing director of Skanska鈥檚 development business, is also being replaced in the shake-up at the contractor.

His successor is Helen Martin (pictured, left), who previously held senior positions within Skanska鈥檚 infrastructure development business and has been Skanska UK鈥檚 lead on risk management.

Lindel枚f will be moving to another role within the Skanska group.

Elsewhere, Martin Neeson (pictured, centre) has been promoted to executive vice president with responsibility for the firm鈥檚 services operations.

Neeson has been with Skanska for 15 years, the last four of which have seen him head up Skanska鈥檚 M&E operations under SRW engineering services. He is succeeded at SRW by Russell Hallmark (pictured, right), who has been promoted from business director.

Skanska has already replaced Paul Heather with former commercial director Steve Holbrook
