Acquisition is part of Silverdell's strategy to become leader in the UK Asbestos services industry

Asbestos and environmental consultants, Redhill Analysts Limited, has been bought out by asbestos removal company Silverdell in a 拢10 million deal.

The acquisition will see Silverdell鈥檚 offices expand to nine in the South East, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Silverdell chief executive Danny Spicer said: 鈥淭his is another significant step in our stated aim to become the leader in the UK asbestos services industry."

鈥淭he UK asbestos services market is estimated to be worth at least 拢10 billion over time and is growing at 25% a year.鈥�
