Seddon Group has restructured to create three independently owned trading companies

The family-owned group, which has been operating for over 100 years, said the reorganisation will enhance its service offering and generate growth opportunities.

The new trading companies are:

  • Seddon Construction and Seddon Homes, owned and led by Christopher Seddon鈥檚 family.
  • Seddon Property Services, which will rebrand to Novus Property Solutions, and Seddon Estates, which becomes SHS Estates, owned and led by John Seddon鈥檚 family.
  • Seddon Engineering Holdings owned and led by George Seddon鈥檚 family.

Seddon Group chairman Rod Sellers said: 鈥淭his is a natural evolution for the 115-year-old Seddon family business spanning five generations, which will secure the long-term future of the businesses.

鈥淲e do not expect there to be any redundancies in the operating companies as a result of this reorganisation.
