Work now complete on architect鈥檚 office building for multinational pharmaceutical corporation

Construction on architect Scott Brownrigg鈥檚 拢5.4m office building and fit-out for pharmaceutical company Lilly鈥檚 campus near Bracknell has completed.

The 24,000ft2, two-storey building has a low-energy, mixed-mode ventilation system and energy-saving features selected to ensure waste is minimised over the building鈥檚 life.

The building achieved a BREEAM 鈥渆xcellent鈥� standard. Miller Construction was the contractor.
