Contractor issues results showing pre-tax profit at £31.7m and turnover £950.1m
Rok has announced a pre-tax profit rise of 42% to £31.7m for the year ended 31 December.
Turnover increased 38% for the same period to £950.1m.
The company said its results were backed by a strong order book worth £610m, up 17% on the previous year.
It said it the business had also benefited from seven acquisitions, which had extended its geographic and sector coverage, as well as a strengthening of its senior management team.
Stephen Pettit, Rok chairman, said: "These results demonstrate the robustness of Rok's business model focussing on everyday, community based, building, refurbishment and maintenance services delivered on a national scale.
'This performance has been significantly driven by our planned repairs and refurbishment and response maintenance businesses where our direct delivery model, using our own technicians, is producing high levels of organic revenue growth."
