Contractor expands into Scotland after taking over £107m-turnover company
Contractor ROK has completed the £31.3m acquisition of Tulloch Construction Group, it announced today.
Tulloch, which has a turnover of £107m, has eight offices in Scotland and is focused on private sector construction work.
The acquisition, which was first announced in September, is part of Rok’s strategy to grow its business in Scotland. Other areas where Rok would like to grow its business include East Anglia, South Wales and the Midlands.
As part of the takeover, David Sutherland, executive chairman of Tulloch, will join Rok's board as a non-executive director.
