Thanks to Owen Marsden for this picture, taken in London's Connaught Square, 鈥渁lmost opposite Tony Blair's pad鈥�. Owen remarked: 鈥淭his chap showed really exceptional balance,鈥� but he was not so impressed at the lack of safety precautions undertaken by this daredevil window cleaner.
