Consultant will upgrade Anchor Trust care homes in North and Midlands
Consultant Rider Levett Bucknall has won a contract with housing group Anchor Trust to upgrade its regional retirement and residential care homes.
Anchor plans to invest around 拢3m in refurbishing its portfolio in the North and the Midlands.

The consultant鈥檚 three offices in Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool will provide , building surveying, contract administration and employers agent services throughout the three year framework agreement.
Anchor, formally Help the Aged, is the UK鈥檚 largest non-profit provider of housing, support and care for older people. It is the first time the consultant has worked with Anchor.
