UK arm of Jonathan Bailey Associates has been placed into voluntary liquidation
The UK arm of US-based architecture practice Jonathan Bailey Associates has ceased trading.
The health sector specialist - which was part of a failed bid team for the prestigious 拢120m cancer centre at Guy鈥檚 hospital in London along with Grimshaw architects and Bovis Lend Lease - was placed into voluntary liquidation on 5 October.

A spokesperson for Wilkins Kennedy, which is handling the liquidation of the UK firm, said 鈥渓ess than 10鈥 staff had worked for the UK studio.
She was unable to confirm whether or not the UK staff had been transferred to the parent company鈥檚 US offices, which are in Dallas and Honolulu.
The UK studio designed a community hospital in Cockermouth and other health facilities for NHS Cumbria, which are expected to be developed with a public-private consortium called Express LIFT Investments.
Ian Greggor, health director at consultant Cyril Sweett, which worked with Jonathan Bailey in Cumbria, said: 鈥淚n a short space of time they built up a strong reputation as innovative designers.
鈥淏ut they never quite seemed to make the breakthrough into the next level of the market, despite some very loyal clients.鈥
