Royal Borough of Greenwich approves first 500 of 10,000 homes
Developer Quintain has won detailing planning approval for the first homes in its 10,000-home plan for the transformation of Greenwich Peninsula in South-east London.
Quintain has won planning for the first 506 homes, desgined by Jestico + Whiles and C.F. M酶ller.
Construction will begin in summer 2013, with completion expected in early 2015.
Quintain announced a joint venture with Hong Kong investor Knight Dragon last June, injecting renewed life into the regeneration project.
