Printworks is a nine-storey development in Elephant & Castle in south London, designed by Glenn Howells Architects

It is being delivered by First Base, an urban regeneration company, in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency. With a gross floor area of 15,000m2, it includes 164 one, two and three bedroom apartments built around a landscaped courtyard. It is due for completion this summer.
