Housing association A2Dominion submits proposals for 164-home development
Housing association A2Dominion has submitted plans to Camden council for over 160 new homes, community facilities and a landscaped public square in West Hampstead, London.
Affordable housing is central to the proposals, with around 50% of the development’s 164 homes to be for affordable rent and shared ownership.
Designed by Child Graddon Lewis Architects, the development would also provide wheelchair adapted apartments and homes designed for the ‘active elderly’, as well as community meeting areas, flexible workspaces and units for start-up businesses.
