Jamie Fobert Architects behind overhaul
Proposals for a 拢35.5m redevelopment of the National Portrait Gallery drawn up by Jamie Fobert Architects have been submitted to planners.
The practice behind the Stirling Prize-shortlisted Tate St Ives extension is working with heritage architect Purcell on the scheme. M&E engineer Max Fordham and structural engineer Price & Myers also working on the job.
Westminster city council is due to make a decision on the scheme over the summer with a competitive tender for the main contractor role going out to the market after designs have been finalised.
