Berkeley chairman Tony Pidgley received a 拢1.5m bonus in 2009, according to the firm鈥檚 report and accounts
The bonus, which was on top of his 拢750k salary, was received after meeting dividend and land expenditure targets. With pension and other benefits, Pidgley鈥檚 total package totalled 拢2.41m. Rob Perrins, Berkeley Group鈥檚 managing director, who was finance director for most of the period covered by the results, received a 拢700,000 bonus, on top of his 拢350,000 salary; he took home 拢1.13m in total.
