Architect Paul Davis + Partners has unveiled designs for a major mixed-use scheme in Ningbo, China
The 鈥淪mart City鈥� masterplan is for a 120,000m2 area in the city鈥檚 tech zone and will comprise residential, offices and retail. Smart City is one of several schemes the practice鈥檚 Hong Kong office is working on for client Gao Investments. The port city of Ningbo is located south of Shanghai and is also home to the completed Ningbo Museum by Pritzker prize winning architect Wang Shu.
