Kingspan Off-site has launched Vantage, a range of house solutions made using off-site fabrications. The thermally and structurally pre-configured houses have been created to enable housing associations to meet the requirements of the Code for Sustainable Homes
They cover common configurations ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom homes.
At the heart of the Vantage range is Kingspan’s TEK ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV System. This comprises structural insulated panels connected with a jointing system for walls, roofs and timber I-beams or posi-joists for intermediate floors. The panels are made up of two OSB/3 (oriented strand board) boards with a rigid urethane insulation core. The boards are bonded to the insulation core during manufacture resulting in a higher adhesive strength to the bond between the core and the OSB/3 boards.
Flexibility is a key feature of the Vantage collection with project architects able to tailor the external appearance of the buildings to match the local vernacular and meet the client’s brief and planning requirements.
