Client Land Securities has been given the go-ahead for one of the biggest developments ever on Oxford Street.
The mixed-use scheme by Hamiltons Architects for Park House, an island site on the south side of the street near the Selfridges department store, includes 100,000 ft of retail, 165,000 ft² of office space as well as 39 apartments.
