Client Land Securities has been given the go-ahead for one of the biggest developments ever on Oxford Street.

The mixed-use scheme by Hamiltons Architects for Park House, an island site on the south side of the street near the Selfridges department store, includes 100,000 ft of retail, 165,000 ft虏 of office space as well as 39 apartments.
