Urban regeneration company Liverpool Vision has revealed the first images of what the city's waterfront will look like in three years when its iconic buildings are joined by other landmarks.

Developments include Beetham's 40-storey West Tower, on the left of the picture. On the right, to the south of Albert Dock, is Wilkinson Eyre's design for the arena and convention centre.
