Company aims to strengthen management with high-profile appointment
The Olympic Park Legacy Company has made three real estate and planning appointments to its executive management team.
Duncan Innes, currently head of programmes at the Homes and Communities Agency, will become executive director of real estate, with Niall McNevin, former Olympic Delivery authority head of planning, appointed director of planning and John Anderson appointed chief advisor of major projects and infrastructure.
Anderson previously directed the development of BBC facilities, including White City and BBC Broadcasting House, while working for Land Securities, and will lead the management and development of the International Broadcast Centre and Main Press Centre. He also worked for Bovis Lend Lease as a managing director.
Innes will lead on the strategic development of land within the park, and will start in May. Anderson and McNevin will both start in April.
Andrew Altman, chief executive of the Olympic Park Legacy Company, said: 鈥淲e have attracted an incredibly strong team which emphasises just how important this project is as a milestone in London's development as a global city. They are all big hitters with a wealth of public and private experience, which matches our own profile as a publicly minded and commercially focused company.鈥
