Architect Paul Davis + Partners plans to redevelop London’s old In & Out Club into a private mansion have received planning permission from Westminster council.
The plan to redevelop the famous Grade I listed building, formerly an exclusive gentlemen’s club,into a luxury residence includes a new swimming pool, spa, gym and parking for 12 cars, as well as the original 18th Century grand stair, formal receiving rooms and a 35,000 bottle wine cellar, and a 19th Century ballroom.
The Aldersgate Investment development also includes adjacent properties at 90-95 Piccadilly, which are also to be converted into luxury residences and apartments, as well as retail space.
EC Harris is the QS on the project and AKT II is the structural engineer.
