Firm may open more offices abroad after successful SA launch
Consultant Henry Riley is targeting 50% growth within five years after appointing Jim Hendley as its managing partner.
Hendley said the consultant - which is on course to turn over 拢13.4m this year - would mainly target expansion organically but would look at acquisition options to achieve its target.
The consultant has grown by over a third during the past three years from turning over 拢8.3m in 2008/9.
Hendley said the consultant would continue to diversify its service offering away from traditional cost management, which currently makes up 50% of revenue, to project management and delivery management.
The firm will also explore the option of opening more offices abroad, following its successful launch in South Africa last year.
Hendley said the South Africa office had already broken even after picking up 鈥渢hree good commissions鈥.
The firm has 10 offices in the UK and specialises in the retail sector, which accounts for over half its revenue. Its clients include HSBC, Harrods, Sainsburys and Asda.
Hendley said the firm was also targeting more data centre work and health sector work after picking up half a dozen commissions on 鈥渟uper GP鈥 surgeries to house newly expanded doctors鈥 services under the coalition鈥檚 health reforms.
