Exclusive: Morgan Sindall鈥檚 managing director of infrastructure has stepped down
Morgan Sindall鈥檚 infrastructure boss has stepped down from the business, 好色先生TV can reveal.
It is understood that Jag Paddam, Morgan Sindall managing director of infrastructure, stood down last week.
Paddam joined Morgan Sindall from Carillion in 2008 and has been managing director of the firm鈥檚 infrastructure business since 2010.
His departure comes amid a series of changes to the senior structure at Morgan Sindall鈥檚 construction and infrastructure business.
The firm appointed former Laing O鈥橰ourke director Nick Fletcher to a newly created senior role heading up its civil engineering arm in April, with Fletcher taking overall responsibility for the company鈥檚 civil engineering, infrastructure, tunnelling and utility services businesses as well as aviation.
Fletcher鈥檚 appointment followed that of former Lend Lease manager Pat Boyle in January to head up the construction side of Morgan Sindall鈥檚 construction and infrastructure business.
Both Fletcher and Boyle report directly to Graham Shennan, who is the overall managing director of the construction and infrastructure business.
In a statement, Morgan Sindall said Fletcher had now taken on Paddam鈥檚 responsibilities in the infrastructure business.
A Morgan Sindall spokesman said: 鈥淛ag Paddam, managing director of infrastructure, has tendered his resignation from Morgan Sindall.
鈥淣ick Fletcher, managing director of civil engineering, has taken immediate leadership of the infrastructure business as part of his wider responsibilities.鈥
