Contractor to build five-storey scheme in Glasgow
Contractor Morgan Sindall has been appointed to build a 拢24m office development in Dalmarnock, Glasgow.
The project will entail construction of a 120,00ft2 of grade A office space across five floors.
The scheme has been supported by 拢16m of funding from the Scottish government as a way to kick start growth of a national business district within the Clyde gateway development area.
Eddie Carr, area director at Morgan Sindall, said the Clyde Gateway was an 鈥渁mbitious project鈥 and key to 鈥渇uture prosperity鈥 of the area.
He added: 鈥淭here is a desire for high-quality and well-connected office space in the area and the new development, with its riverside location will no doubt attract further investment to the business district.鈥
The project is due to complete in October 2014.
