Facilities management firm wins 10-year deal for 14,000 homes
Mitie has won a 拢110m repairs and improvements contract for 14,000 homes in East Anglia, London and the South-east.
The deal, for housing associations Orbit East & South, will be worth around 拢11m per year for 10 years, Mitie said.
It is due to begin in April 2011, and has an optional extension of five years after the first 10.
