Construction to start immediately on new facility
Miller Construction has been awarded a 拢5million contract to deliver new facilities at a Preston college.
Construction is set to commence shortly on a modern reception block which will facilitate students from Preston College鈥檚 Visual and Performing Arts department.
Commenting on the development, area director with Miller, Frank Joyce said:
鈥淲e are delighted to be starting work at Preston College. The new facility will become a focal point for students and visitors to the college.鈥�
Lis Smith, principal and chief executive at Preston College commented: 鈥淭his new facility will not only enhance and build upon the existing campus, but will bring a new focal point to the college which will benefit both existing and future learners, including the wider community.鈥�
