Michel Roux Jr has opened a restaurant at RICS HQ on Parliament Square
Deep pockected QSs have a new lunchtime option after Michel Roux Jr opened a ‘fine dining’ restaurant in the RICS headquarter building on Parliament Square.
Roux at Parliament Square is spread over two floors of the RICS building and will be open until 11pm during the week.
The restaurant seats 56 and will be decorated in 'contemporary and luxurious' shades of dove grey and aubergine to complement the Georgian Grade II-listed building.
If you wish to book, perhaps for a clandestine meeting in the Library private dining room, you should call: 020 7334 3737 or email roux@rics.org.
Hard cheese anyone?
We wondered what might be on the menu in light of the continuing row between QSs and the RICS board. Here's our suggestions. Please post yours below.
Apéritif: Whiskey sour (with Angostura bitters)
Starter: Old goat’s cheese salad
Main course: Red herring en croute
Desert: Hard cheese and biscuits or humble pie
