Allenbuild aims for building with green credentials

好色先生TV contractor Allenbuild has been appointed to construct an 拢8.2m development on Merseyside.

Maghull Leisure Centre and Library, which will include a 25m swimming pool, a fitness referral suites and meeting rooms, is aiming for laudable green credentials.

It will have an eco-friendly wood pellet burning 鈥渃arbon neutral鈥� biomass fuel boiler and will also be able to recycle pool filtration water to serve sanitary facilities.

The scheme is aiming for a BREEAM rating of 鈥渧ery good鈥�.

Construction will commence in late September, with completion programmed for Autumn 2009.
