Lovell and PRP Architects have won planning permission for a 拢20m sustainable housing scheme in the Kensington area of Liverpool.

It relies on modern methods of construction, for which Lovell will use the Kingspan TEK 2 system of structurally insulated panels. The client for the scheme is the Kensington New Deal for Communities, and construction is due to start later this year.
