Part of the firm鈥檚 stragey in the Middle East
Consultants McBains Cooper and EC Harris are to help the Jordanian government manage its public sector buildings.
Lead partner McBains Cooper will work with the World Bank-funded Jordanian Privatisation Commission, which aims to 鈥渞ationalise鈥 its property, as well as the management of up to 10,000 buildings.
The consultants will install a 鈥減roperty and facilities management information system鈥 to help with the process.
Anthony Coumidis, director of McBains Cooper, said it was part of the firm鈥檚 growth strategy in the Middle East.
鈥淚t underpins McBains Cooper鈥檚 decision to develop an eastern Mediterranean and Middle East hub in Athens; our presence so close to Jordan was a big influencing factor in the decision of the Jordanian government.鈥
