Consultant will be employer’s agent on £30m secondary school project in Bracknell
Consultant McBains Cooper has won a role on a £30m secondary school in Bracknell, which is part of the ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV Schools for the Future programme.
The firm has been appointed employer’s agent on the new Garth Hill College by Bracknell Forest council.
The scheme includes four teaching blocks, new sports fields, car parking and landscaping to the north of Bracknell town centre.
Construction on the first phase is due to start this month and complete in time for the 2010/11 school year. Phase two, which includes demolition of the existing buildings, is expected to complete in summer 2011.
