Balfour subsidiary to build student scheme in Kings Cross
Balfour Beatty subsidiary Mansell has secured a 拢40m job to build a 27-storey student block at the Kings Cross Central development in London.
The Glen Howells-designed scheme, for developer Urbanest, also includes a 14-storey shoulder building and will provide 657-student room across 196 clustered units.
Designed to Bream 鈥渆xcellent鈥 standard, it will also include 356 sq m of retail space. Construction will start this month, with conclusion in time for the 2013/4 academic year.
