Work on the fit out at the office located on Old Street鈥檚 roundabout began in March
Mace鈥檚 fit-out business Como has completed 45,000ft2 of new office space for computer software firm Adobe at developer Derwent London鈥檚 White Collar Factory in London鈥檚 tech city district.
Spread across three floors Adobe鈥檚 new office will serve as a new sales and marketing hub for London and Europe housing 375 staff with one floor dedicated to showcasing the tech firm鈥檚 latest products to clients and visitors.
The scheme designed by architect Gensler and engineer Hoare Lea and managed by Turner & Townsend, is a mixture of open plan areas, meeting rooms, phone booths and a new customer experience centre.
One floor is a customer facing area for Adobe to showcase its latest products.
Adobe鈥檚 real estate and project delivery manager Cameron Balls said its new office space had been delivered 鈥渙n budget, on time and to the exceptionally high standard Adobe demands鈥.
Nick Hoffman, contracts manager at Como, said it had been 鈥渁 privilege鈥 to help build Adobe鈥檚 new London home and a 鈥渇antastic鈥 project to work on.
