Knight Dragon selects Mace as preferred bidder for major residential scheme

Mace has been selected as preferred bidder for the latest phase of Knight Dragon鈥檚 mammoth development on Greenwich Peninsula.

The 拢150m phase, part of the scheme鈥檚 Upper Riverside district, comprises two buildings with 464 apartments.

Knight Dragon won amended planning permission for the whole of Greenwich Peninsula this month, with the housing portion boosted to 15,720 homes.
