Doone Silver Architects and Flanagan Lawrence designed office block snapped up by international law firm
A triangular 15-storey BREEAM ‘excellent’ rated office building has been completed in London’s Midtown area.
Called 12 New Fetter Lane, the scheme – designed for property developer Great Portland Estates by architects Doone Silver Architects and Flanagan Lawrence – offers a substantial reduction in CO2 emissions compared to current building regulations.
Mace was the main contractor on the scheme, Gardiner & Theobald was the project manager, WSP Parsons Brinckerhoof was the structural engineer and Hilson Moran was M&E engineer and sustainability consultant.
It will be occupied by international law firm Bird & Bird with the fit-out set to be finished by the summer.
