Construction is expected to start this winter
Lovell has unveiled plans for 50 new homes at Weston-super-Mare on the Somerset coast.
The £15m development, which will be called Keepers Gate, will provide 30% affordable homes.
The project includes 35 three- and four-bedroom homes that will be for open market sale while 15 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes will be affordable properties. The affordable houses will be owned by the South-west’s largest housing association, Liverty, with some available for social rent and others for shared ownership.
The two-year construction programme is set to start this winter.
