Contractor has signed a ten year deal with Barnet Homes

Affordable housing contractor Lovell has won a ten year refurbishment deal worth 拢103m with Barnet Homes.

The Morgan Sindall subsidiary will provide refurbishment and electrical works across Barnet Home鈥檚 portfolio of 15,000 homes, which it manages for Barnet council.

Work is due to commence in April 2012.
