Bromley council appointed the failed contractor last July
A primary school in south-east London partially demolished is in need of a new contractor after its original builder went bust earlier this year.
Bromley council is looking for a new firm to carry out the second phase of the expansion of Stewart Fleming Primary School in Anerly which was being carried out by Lakehouse Contracts.
In a new contract notice published on the Official Journal, the council said it was fast-tracking the procurement process following the administration of the original contractor.

It said: "A significant portion of the main school building has now been demolished. This tender is following an accelerated procedure due primarily to the arising complications relating to health and safety and also to ensure the school's efficient operation.
"There is an urgent need to proceed to restart the building works to coincide with school holidays and to complete Phase 2 of the expansion of the school."
Lakehouse Contracts was awarded the contract in July last year. At the time the job had a price tag of £4.6m.
The new contract notice has a value of almost £5m attached to the job.
The new contractor will be responsible for to carrying out enabling works prior to the design and construction of a one- and two-storey extension, plus associated demolition, alteration and refurbishment works to the existing building and site.
Firms have until 16 May to in the project.
